1. Order Processing

After your order is confirmed:

• Our team begins health checks with a licensed exotic animal veterinarian.

• Medical records, vaccination logs, and microchip registration (if applicable) are reviewed.

• Export/import documents, CITES permits (if required), and USDA health certificates are prepared.

Note: This process takes between 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination and animal.

2. Travel Crate Preparation

• Each monkey is placed in a custom-built, IATA-compliant crate designed for exotic primate transport.

• The crate is:

  • Well-ventilated

  • Fitted with non-spill hydration containers

  • Lined with soft, absorbent bedding to minimize discomfort

  • Stocked with species-specific food for the trip

3. Delivery Schedule

• We only ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend layovers, which can compromise the animal’s health.

• Weekend or public holiday deliveries are available in special cases using premium FedEx or DHL services.

4. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is in transit:

• You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your live tracking number

• Delivery status can be tracked 24/7. 

• You’ll receive updates on:

  • Flight departure and arrival
