  • Once you place an order or complete your adoption application, one of our adoption or sale team members will contact you shortly for payment instructions.

  • Full payment must be received before we begin the shipping process. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, PayPal (Friends and Family options only), CashApp, Chime and others as listed on our website.

  • After payment confirmation, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment’s status in real time until delivery.

2. Shipping Preparation and Animal Welfare

  • We ship each baby monkey in specialized, IATA-compliant climate-controlled carriers designed for primates, providing ventilation, secure containment, and comfort.

  • Shipping is scheduled to avoid extreme weather conditions and weekends or holidays to minimize transit time and stress.

  • We include enrichment materials and appropriate bedding inside the carriers to keep the animals calm and comfortable during transport.

3. Permits, Legal Compliance, and Documentation

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify local, state, and country regulations regarding exotic monkey ownership and to obtain any required permits for possession.

  • The buyer is to secure all required permits, including CITES export/import permits, USDA and APHIS approvals, and any other necessary local or international documents.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Areas

  • We ship primarily via trusted overnight or next-day air freight carriers experienced in live animal transport, ensuring rapid and safe delivery.

  • Delivery is available to most U.S. states and select international locations where ownership is legal and permits can be secured.

  • We do not ship to locations where exotic monkey ownership or importation is prohibited by law.

5. Delivery Requirements and Customer Responsibilities

  • A responsible adult must be present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment. This signature confirms receipt and ensures the animal’s safety.

  • If no one is available to sign, delivery may be refused or delayed, and our live arrival guarantee will be void.

  • We strongly recommend being present to receive your monkey to allow for immediate acclimation and to receive care instructions from our team.

  • Delivery times generally range from 1 to 3 business days after payment, depending on the destination.

6. Tracking and Communication

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.

  • This tracking number allows you to monitor your monkey’s journey and estimated arrival time.

  • Our customer service team remains available to provide updates and answer any questions during transit.

7. Health Guarantee and Claims

  • We guarantee that all monkeys arrive healthy, active, and in good condition.

  • Any health concerns related to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

  • We do not offer cash refunds for live animals.
